Service Dog Targets Baby Stroller at Airport — But It Wasn’t What It Seemed

At Otopeni Airport’s Terminal D, Officer Andrei was on a routine patrol with Luna, his German Shepherd partner of three years. Their bond was unshakable, built on trust and countless hours of work. But something in the air that night felt… off.

Luna abruptly stopped, eyes locked on a pale woman pushing a baby stroller. The woman looked anxious, her grip tight and her pace hurried. Luna let out a low, unfamiliar growl, sniffing the air with unusual urgency.

Then, without warning, Luna lunged toward the stroller. Andrei shouted commands—Luna ignored them. As the blue baby blanket slipped away, shock swept through the terminal.

There was no baby inside. Just a sealed thermal bag marked with hazardous symbols. The chemical stench was sharp, unmistakable. And what was hidden inside? Even Andrei wasn’t prepared for what he saw…
